Watched the movie as a kid and finally read it. Never knew the movie was only the first half of the book. I'm going to read it to my kids now, Great message for developing minds.

A great read about the social effects of the internet through the eyes of an insightful millennial feminist as she sets the record straight. Her meticulous examination combined with unabashed personal accents, blend to create a VR mosaic of an addicted culture bound by social media, celebrity, and magical thinking. Refreshing, unsettling, and so sure of her journey without a destination that I finished the book feeling cautiously liberated and wanting more.

Well written and easy to follow. Loads of information I wasn't aware of, esp. on Reagan. It's shocking how much these power hungry politicians continue to break the law. Incredible parallels btw trump and Reagan. Next democratic president needs to work with Congress to walk back executive power and return the balance of 3 coequal branches, cause there's no way in hell a republican ever will.

Loved it, though the ending Paul Ryan rant was kind of a strange way to end a well though out argument and roadmap for democrats looking for paths to focus their ire toward trump and the emptiness of what we're once republicans.

She tells her story so well, you almost believe there's a chance Trump will lose the 2016 election. 1

I hadn't heard of Jones before taking an Art hum music class. I was so moved by his insight in our readings that I decided to seek out his other works and I'm glad I did. Great narration and writing. Simply put, loved it.

Entertaining and informative read. I suggest visiting a museum (e.g. AMNH) to view Guillemot eggs!

Loved it. Davis tells her unobjectionable experience of oppression, struggle, resistance and solidarity; laying the groundwork for future generations, as it was laid for her.
