The book will help those who want to know more about body language and how to use it effectively in their personal and professional lives and it explains all the positives of power posing in life such as relationships and in a business sense and i like how it debunks all the myths of power posing to ensure you do not misinterpret it book; there is no false accusations in this book and this book is great in the way it doesn't just describe ways in which to pose but it incorporates ways of dressing and grooming, and even links in the mindset one should have in order to develop confidence in posing and it will also motivate to have a positive outlook in life because you need a positive body language to attain an effective power pose and improve yourself now and try those techniques are being discussed in this book to achieve the benefits of power posing.

Short, sweet, and simple. It gets down to the basics if you're foreign to Chakras and I'd say a good beginner book to see if you're interested in getting more in-depth with it or not. This book helps out a lot when trying to use your crystals and to understand how to meditate.
