Missing one of the most important parts of story!

I'm reviewing because a large, 10+ minute piece of Chapter 7 is totally missing from the story. This seems like an editing error, but it's very distracting because it jumps over one of the main action and plot scenes in the entire story. Hopefully this audio isn't totally lost and can be added back in to a revised version of the story. I had to search for summaries of the scene online to understand what I missed. I'm not happy about this....

Quand Jake Epping, professeur d'anglais, accepte la mission insolite que son ami Al, mourant, veut lui confier - empêcher l'assassinat de Kennedy le 22 novembre 1963 - il ne soupçonne pas à quoi il s'engage. Une fissure temporelle ramène Jake en 1958, à l'époque faste des Plymouth Fury, d'Elvis, mais aussi de JFK et d'un certain Lee Harvey Oswald... Il y rencontrera même l'amour de sa vie. Mais altérer l'Histoire - la grande ou la petite - n'est pas sans conséquences.

I'm in an obvious minority, but I hated the plot in this book. the entire premise and all the very long distractions were uninteresting and annoying in turns. I couldn't finish it.

L'école de sorcellerie Poudlard n'a plus rien de secret pour Harry Potter. Mais il est très anxieux... L'adolescence, les examens, la présence des membres de l'Ordre du Phénix et ces étranges cauchemars... Car Voldemort est bel et bien de retour. Le ministère de la Magie semble ne pas prendre la menace au sérieux, contrairement à Dumbledore. La résistance s'organise autour d'Harry Potter qui va devoir compter sur ses amis Ron et Hermione pour affronter de nouvelles épreuves.

Worst Harry Potter book, by far, bad voiceing.

The plot makes me cringe throughout, in a very negative way. The main characters have terrible interactions through the entire story, Harry is an aggressive brat. I know people have found plenty of excuses as to why this is so, but none of them make reading/listening to this book more enjoyable. As for the reader for the French version, I don't like the new person. His Umbridge voice is terrible, to the point that I now fast forward through the parts in the story where he does his Umbridge voice. This book is already a chore to listen to, the Umbridge voice makes it almost unbearable. I know Umbridge is supposed to be evil but this Audible version makes her unlistenable. I've made it halfway through but constantly think about giving up on it because of how awful this entire experience has been. I can't wait for this book to be over. I'm hoping for better listening in book 6!
