Story
The importance of Rome cannot be argued. Its history is not the history of Italy or its people. Rome is a part of the foundation of Europe, just as Athens is. Without it, the world as we know it today wouldn’t exist. In History of Rome: A Captivating Guide to Roman History, Starting from the Legend of Romulus and Remus Through the Roman Republic, Byzantium, Medieval Period, and Renaissance to Modern History, you will discover topics such as the founding of Rome, the Roman Republic, the third and early fourth centuries, the Renaissance, modern history of Rome, and more.

I enjoyed this story. The story seemed to flow smoothly, didn't rush parts like some authors I've read in the past. I liked how we received some details on the MC, that left some mystery about the MC, but helped develop a good picture of the MC

Story
After waking up, Steve doesn't know where he is. Heck, he doesn't know what he is. Despite his spotty memory, he's pretty sure he didn't used to be a floating ball of light. He's also certain that he's not originally from this dangerous fantasy world...maybe. Okay, fairly certain. To make things stranger, he seems to be involved in something big, something magical...a game. Who was he before? Will his memories come back? Why does he have an assistant explaining the game's rules to him? He can evolve? There's a countdown timer?

Loved this story. It was a good listen, made my day at work progress pretty fast. The mystery of the mc's origins helped keep me pulled into the story.

Entering the world of Fate Online, all Eric wants to do is level up as quickly as possible. After all, with millions of dollars on the line, aiming for the top is a given, right? However, Fate is not the ordinary game that Eric and his friends think it is. Fighting enormous wolves, being yelled at by crotchety old militia captains, and becoming embroiled in a deadly feud with other players are all considered part of a normal day in Fate.
