Story
Finite games, like football or chess, have known players, fixed rules, and a clear endpoint. The winners and losers are easily identified. Infinite games, games with no finish line, like business or politics, or life itself, have players who come and go. The rules of an infinite game are changeable, while infinite games have no defined endpoint. There are no winners or losers - only ahead and behind. The question is, how do we play to succeed in the game we’re in? In this revelatory new audiobook, Simon Sinek offers a framework for leading with an infinite mindset.

I am not Jewish but have been fascinated by the Jewish culture. I am especially intrigued by statistical success rates of the Jewish people in the world compared with their small population. I believe that roughly 20% of Nobel prize winners are Jewish yet Jews make up less than half a percent of the Global population. This curiosity is what led me to this book and this book delivered on the insights I was interested in learning

Conceptual change

If you're looking for a 12 step process for increasing profits, this book is not it. If you're looking for new concepts and ideas that will help you shape up into more profits then you will appreciate this book. I really enjoyed the family history that he provides as well as I enjoy classic rags to riches stories of immigrants that came to America with a dream.

Needs digital reference files to be included

The book refers to many examples and files in the back of the book but the audio book has no link to these so I would not consider the audiobook to be a complete book when compared to the printed book.
