Story
In June 2021, the whole world was listening as Britney Spears spoke in open court. The impact of sharing her voice—her truth—was undeniable, and it changed the course of her life and the lives of countless others. The Woman in Me reveals for the first time her incredible journey—and the strength at the core of one of the greatest performers in pop music history. Written with remarkable candor and humor, Spears’s groundbreaking book illuminates the enduring power of music and love—and the importance of a woman telling her own story, on her own terms, at last.

Painfully Relatable

Britney’s story touched me in a deep primal part of myself as a woman who had also been abused and used. Her heartbreaks and trials with her family is something anyone can relate to even if they aren’t on her fame level. Her words are raw. Michelle Williams did an excellent job narrating. Her voice was pretty similar to Britney’s as well. Overall a beautiful peek into Britney’s diary, to see her as an actual human and not just her fame.

BLOODY BRILLIANT
Reviewed: 04-13-18
Would you consider the audio edition of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Book 7 to be better than the print version?
Hard to say, I like reading books for myself, but audiobooks are more convenient for my on-the-go lifestyle, as I don't often have time to sit down and read, myself. However, the audiobook was immensely entertaining and completely enraptured me.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Book 7?
The Battle of Hogwarts
Which character – as performed by Jim Dale – was your favorite?
I really liked how Jim Dale gave everyone their own unique voice and way of speaking. I think Hermione was my favorite voice.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
WAY better than the actual movie they already made.
Any additional comments?
LOVE this series and Jim Dale, as a whole. My husband says that it was a mistake to start out with Jim Dale as a narrator, because he set the bar so high for other narrators!
