The book was a captivating listen, I often lose interest in the monotonous body of some books, feel as if they run on, this was no exception. interesting topics, interesting groups and their tendencies. I recommend giving it a listen if you need some refreshing perspective or have been missing that zone you may have been in prior in life. It gives ideas on how to fill the void if you've been going at life day to day, just going through the motions. cheers
