It’s been almost two years since Christmas elf, Tinsel, joined the Minor Flight Team and started dating Niklas Kringle, Santa’s grandson. But during a practice flight, she unintentionally endangers the reindeer and gets suspended from the job she loves. So when Santa’s age-old enemy, Krampus, threatens a Christmas takeover, Tinsel seizes the opportunity to win back everyone’s trust and her position. For the key to Krampus’ downfall lies halfway around the world in a legendary Silver Reindeer, and Tinsel alone has the talent for reindeer speech.

Tinsel and Niklas travel to Germany for his initiation ceremony. Of course, trouble is going to follow them. And Tinsel’s insecurities rear their ugly heads once again as she pursues her secret mission.
Back in Canada, Gina struggles to reconcile her purpose with her passion. Does she even have what it takes to make it in a creative industry? And what is happening between her and Kristof?
As our friends navigate their personal troubles, an ancient family secret threatens to destroy the Kringles and Christmas.
Author, Laurie Germaine, gifted us with another delightful book. Narrator, Lauren Garvin, captured Tinsel and Gina’s voices so well. This is such a great listen. Both Tinsel in a Tangle and Tinsel in a Twist are fantastic audios. If you like sweet romance, witty dialogue, adventure, and Christmas, you don’t want to miss out.

Shine bright. Or burn up Santa’s gift reserves and jeopardize the most important holiday of the year—Christmas.
Tinsel, a clumsy, human-sized elf, desires to leave a legacy of more than just mishaps, disasters and penalties; but, she may never get the chance to prove to herself, to her peers, and to Santa that she is so much more than the sum of her mistakes. And Niklas, Santa’s arrogant (but dreamy) grandson is so not an encouraging Kringle, is he? Sparks fly and emotions intensify as Tinsel and Niklas team up to save Christmas.
This irresistible and endearing tale is full of humor, fantastic dialogue, delicious, sweet romance, and reindeer. I love the reindeer. Laurie Germaine offers a well-written, Christmas story capable of delighting and satisfying both the young and the young-at-heart. Lauren Garvin narrates this book so well. She captures the spirit and voice of Tinsel and crew and delivers a wonderful listening experience.

Clever, rich - and single - Emma Woodhouse is perfectly content with her life and sees no need for either love or marriage. Nothing, however, delights her more than interfering in the romantic lives of others. But when she ignores the warnings of her good friend Mr. Knightley and attempts to arrange a suitable match for her protegee Harriet Smith, her carefully laid plans soon unravel and have consequences that she never expected.

Sinead Dixon read two other Jane Austen Books and they sound great. I don’t know why this one sounds so bad.
