Truly amazing and life changing!

All of the Medical Medium books by Anthony William are truly gifts to the world. They contain healing information which cannot be found anywhere else. I have been dealing with chronic illness for decades and have never found information that has been as helpful and answered so many questions as can be found in these amazing books. I am still in my healing process as it is not a straight line or an overnight occurrence, particularly when one has been dealing with health issues for so very long. With the information in these books, I can give my body what it needs to be able to heal and even often repair. Though it can feel daunting to make these life changes in the way that we eat and function in the world, the rewards are great. The narrator, Sarah, is exceptional. I highly highly recommend this audiobook by Anthony William as well as his others in the Medical Medium series. I also recommend to go ahead and purchase the physical books if you want to truly delve into the information and have it at hand more easily. But, even starting with the audiobook, one is still provided with a tremendous resource as it includes PDFs with recipes and protocols. I am very grateful to have these audiobooks available for these MM books as some of my health issues revolve around vision, so it allows me to listen to the entire books without it being so tiring for my eyes. 🙏💜😊

Great listen! Not my usual genre but very glad I purchased.

I do occasionally listen to books of this sort… But it is not my usual genre I choose. Nonetheless, this book was very intriguing and very credible. I am not familiar with some of the more detailed writings on some of these cases and people… Celebrities, etc., so I do not have other accounts to which I can compare. I have heard various information over the years on some of these, such as Marilyn Monroe. I’m very glad I purchased this book and greatly enjoyed it… It is clear in this book how very familiar Fred Otash was with the people & cases. I highly recommend reading/listening to this book, if it is the kind of subject matter, you might enjoy. Even though each chapter was highlighting his accounts of his cases and experiences with these famous celebrities, etc., the reader also becomes acquainted with who Fred was. The afterword by his daughter is very touching.
I listened to most of it in one day - and that is quite unusual.! Great narrator, too 😊

The year 1920: Flying in the face of convention, legendary American adventuress Beryl Helliwell never fails to surprise and shock. The last thing her adoring public would expect is that she craves some peace and quiet. The humdrum hamlet of Walmsley Parva in the English countryside seems just the ticket. And, honestly, until America comes to its senses and repeals Prohibition, Beryl has no intention of returning stateside and subjecting herself to bathtub gin.

I love all the Beryl and Edwina mysteries! And this one does not disappoint. 💜
I always love Barbara Rosenblat’s narration - she is excellent and always brings the stories truly to life. The main note I have about the narration on this particular installment is that the sound quality was not as smooth as it usually is, as I recall. I played the audio on a few different devices, and it was happening on all of them - where on certain letters (usually an S or similar sound) or perhaps the vocal pitch as well… There was a rather sharp quality to it which was a little uncomfortable for my ears/hearing. it was usually happening at the end of words I believe. Not enough for me to stop listening to this particular audiobook, but I would hope that the future recordings could be smoothed out. I am assuming it must have something to do with the recording equipment or microphone? If it was another book or story, which was not as enjoyable as these mysteries, I would probably stop listening in that case because it was uncomfortable when it would happen, and unfortunately, it was relatively often. Please fix if possible! At least for future recordings. 🙏
I still highly recommend all of the Beryl
and Edwina mysteries, including this one… Even with the recording issue. But hoping that can be sorted out for future.:) I suppose it could just be my phone… But I did listen via Bluetooth on different devices so I believe this is something to do with the recording itself.

But at the exhibition opening, there’s a panicked shout of ‘Fire!’ In the confusion, the main attraction—an extremely expensive book—is stolen from under everyone’s nose, as is a valuable painting lent by Sir Hector Farley-Stroud.

An easy listen with many great ideas
Reviewed: 06-14-24
The author’s intention with this book is to create a more concise and combined version, I believe, of her 2 previous books on decluttering and managing your home. It has been a while since I read her first book about managing your home, but as I recall that book focused quite a bit on overall strategies for managing the home cleaning, etc. as well as decluttering. Her second book was focused most specifically on decluttering. This book is not a traditional organization book… it is moreover a book on keeping the home manageable in a manageable straight forward way
. She keeps each chapter brief, focusing on one topic for each chapter that is part of each section of the book (with different focuses for each section). She covers both decluttering and cleaning tips, along with some other home management strategies. If you have not yet read her other two books, this is a great introduction to them - and as she says, in the beginning of this book…you can find more information and more words on these topics by reading her other books. She narrates her books very well… It feels very personal and is easy to listen. There were definitely some tips in this book that I don’t think I had heard about or thought about previously - unless they were in her first book, and I have simply forgotten as it has been several years since I read it. I read (listened to) her second book very recently.
I am someone who utilizes all natural cleaning products… Well, as much all natural and organic products for everything I do in my life as possible… So not all of her cleaning tips were applicable for me, since I do not use harsh chemicals, and know how to use natural products, such as white vinegar, baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to do the same job as harsh chemical products… And often the natural products truly do a better job of it, I have found. But I’m sure these tips can be quite helpful for those readers who utilize standard chemical cleaning products from the grocery store. She has some creative and helpful cleaning tips regardless of what products you use!
And I very much resonate with and appreciate her decluttering strategies as much of the focus is being able to Declutter in the midst of your regular life, where you won’t be making a big mess in the middle of decluttering. And by following the simple steps of her decluttering strategies, you can achieve significantly better organization and ease in your life.
Even though I have her other two books, I’m glad I also have this book now as it offers some easy to find tips and strategies because of the way it is written and formatted. There is also a PDF which accompanies this book I believe. I might also consider buying the physical book as well, if I want to be able to quickly glance at the tips and strategies rather than looking through the audiobook… Though the chapters index in this audiobook are descriptive of each topic, so it makes the audiobook very easy to use!
Definitely recommend!

While the world seems to be in love with the idea of tiny houses and minimalism, many of us simply can't purge it all and start from nothing. Yet a home with too much stuff is difficult to maintain, so where do we begin? Add in paralyzing emotional attachments and constant life challenges, and it can feel almost impossible to make real decluttering progress.

Definitely recommend! - especially if you feel overwhelmed by clutter 😨
Reviewed: 06-12-24
The narration is excellent, especially for a book of this nature. The author also writes in a very personal way, which I think is quite helpful to keep the book interesting and relevant. Not all the chapters were applicable for me, but I’m sure would be very helpful for others. And in some cases, some of the chapters might be more relevant in the future.
If you are feeling overwhelmed by clutter and possibly have clutter paralysis… Not knowing where to begin … This book is very helpful to be able to offer strategies for making progress even in small chunks of time. And making progress without having to make a big mess while in the midst of decluttering. As the author makes clear, this is not an organization book, it is a decluttering book. I believe she has at least one other book which is focused on organizing. With her decluttering process, however, it is very likely that, someone will naturally become at least a little bit more organized - and certainly feel more organized simply through journey of decluttering, consolidating and assigning homes for items. And, of course, purging whatever possible from one’s home through donating, throwing it away, recycling, maybe selling… Whatever is appropriate, accessible and feasible for each person and situation to be able to truly make progress in decluttering their home.
This is not a minimalism book, but the author does mention that she admires minimalism and encourages someone to consider to perhaps move in that direction in their own life - if that is an appealing lifestyle. I look at it that through a thorough decluttering process and maintaining a decluttering lifestyle..,and as the author says - finding our personal cluttered threshold - we can achieve a home, that certainly feels much more minimalist after living with large amounts of clutter in our midst - and, who knows, as time goes by after living with less stuff, more space, and subsequently more time and better quality of life as a result - those of us who thought we might never want to live as a minimalist may decide that is an appealing lifestyle! It certainly has its benefits, especially being able to maintain minimalism in the visible areas of our home and living spaces, and even the less visible spaces where we might no longer need to clear off surfaces, etc. in order to just clean a surface or area. That is a win-win and certainly my intention with my decluttering, whether or not I ever become a super minimalist, I definitely intend to pare down my possessions dramatically, even if it takes a bit of time 😊 I truly do believe and know it takes a lot of weight, burden and stress off of us literally and figuratively and will open up space in our lives for other activities and adventures- one of which might be to simply relax in our home, savoring the ease and peace it embodies. I recently did a substantial decluttering of my living and dining room areas… And although there is still much to be done, that progress alone helps my home feel so much better than it was.
Thank you to the author, Dana K White, for sharing your journey and processes! 💟🙏

If you’re struggling to stay on top of your to-do list, you probably have a good reason: anxiety, fatigue, depression, ADHD, or lack of support. She didn’t fold a single piece of laundry for seven months. One life-changing realization restored her sanity—and the functionality of her home: You don’t work for your home; your home works for you.

Worthwhile listen though not everything applies for me
Reviewed: 05-27-24
This book was very good for a short listen to be supportive, and affirm that we are all valuable and worthy, regardless of how well we are able to keep house. There are not a lot of instructions per se on how to keep house as that really is part of the point : finding our own strategies to help ourselves maintain our homes in a manner that is doable for us - and knowing that may change from day-to-day or week to week. The author more so includes suggestions for “strategies” or ideas on how to support ourselves and be able to manage our homes in a reasonable functional way. She does give many suggestions overall on how to approach doing so. And being kind and compassionate to ourselves along the way. ❤️🙏 some of those strategies including letting go of perfectionism in various areas of life regardless of what society may tell us is the right thing to do.
Not everything in this book resonated for me as I am someone who has been dealing with chronic illness for many many years. This is not a criticism of this book as that is not the focus of it. I am at a juncture in my life journey, where it is truly imperative that I feed and nourish myself in specific ways in order to be able to sustain & improve my health and well-being… And hopefully be able to heal as completely as possible. While that is the case, it also does not mean I belittle myself if I can’t do everything exactly as I would like every single day. And this book is a good reminder to not demean myself if I cannot do everything perfectly every day. This book does give good suggestions for those who are suffering from physical or health issues, etc. who may need ideas and strategies for self-care such as the basics of body care. Even though most of the world may see those as being simple tasks, they can become very challenging when one is suffering from physical issues, health, issues, depression, etc..
I do recommend and encourage anyone who is on a journey in their life which includes serious, or chronic health issues, to be sure to address those as a primary focus as much as possible - as without our health, it is hard to do any thing else in life - such as maintaining our homes. And eating healthy foods, including an abundance of fruits and vegetables, is truly vital for healing. And ask for help as much as possible, which is something I admit I am not often good at doing. ☺️ and this book is one of those that is very helpful in reminding us to ask for help whenever we can… Again whether that is asking family or friends, or perhaps hiring someone to help us… And the author gives good ideas for all of these suggestions!
The author narrates it herself, and I feel she does quite a good job. That is not always the case that an author can narrate their own books successfully. The author does the narration in a very pleasant way, and in a genuine heartfelt way.
I definitely recommend this book if you would like some simple ideas and strategies to assist you in keeping your home regardless of how overwhelmed you may feel. It is also like having a friend or support system encouraging you and reminding you of your inherent value and worth.. ❤️ it is easy to read/listen with short chapters, which is another bonus!

A Must Read! - to know what is happening in our world!
Reviewed: 04-29-24
An extraordinary and excellent source of information about communism. Learning and knowing how to recognize it is imperative in order to avoid falling completely into its trap.
We are far closer in the USA to falling completely into that trap than most people are aware. The communists have already made unbelievable strides in their agenda during the last several decades. For the most part, communists no longer call themselves communist - they use other labels and infiltrate other political parties - both Democrat and Republican etc, I believe, as there seems no other explanation for what has transpired. And socialism is simply a soft edge introduction to communism, so make no mistake that it is ultimately just as evil as communism since communism is where it leads,.
There are also clearly a multitude of communists in non-elected positions in the USA , both within government and outside of government, including a vast infiltration into the educational system so they can brainwash and indoctrinate our children when they are young.
I encourage and recommend to everyone to read this book. (Or listen!).
This book and others like it (and other comparable resources) are vital tools to saving our country, our constitutional republic, and frankly the world as well. Communism is a system of slavery, which presents itself as an altruistic savior to humanity, when in actuality, it is the exact opposite. Communism has also killed (murdered) countless millions of people worldwide during its existence - along with the millions more it has enslaved on various levels,… And it will undoubtably continue to do so, as long as it remains unchecked and unrestrained. Genuine freedom never exists and cannot exist under the totalitarian regimes of communism.
Please read! And please encourage everyone you know to do the same 🙏
