This book has cast a spell over me... I've never before listened to a book over and over again like I have this one. I love the characters and the narration is the best! The story is like none other, it almost makes me believe there is a folklore character by the name of Baba Yaga.

This book is at the top of my list of favorites-- favorite line: "here is the devil" If you only listen to it once, you might not get all the very clever nuances. Great story with a satisfying ending... I just wish this was a series.

If you could sum up Salt Sugar Fat in three words, what would they be?

Well investigated and written!
He explains and exposes the food industries strategic hijacking of our taste buds.
He exposes one of the primary causes of obesity, chronic over-eating and the diabetes epidemic that is spreading on a global scale.

What other book might you compare Salt Sugar Fat to and why?

The Good Gut by Justin Sonnenburg & Erica Sonnenburg does touch on some of the same issues that brought up in Salt, Sugar, Fat by Michael Moss.

What does Scott Brick bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

His narration is incredible! He brings the book to life! His tone in every way is spot on.

If you could give Salt Sugar Fat a new subtitle, what would it be?

Duping the Masses
