Story
If you’re struggling to stay on top of your to-do list, you probably have a good reason: anxiety, fatigue, depression, ADHD, or lack of support. For therapist KC Davis, the birth of her second child triggered a stress-mess cycle. The more behind she felt, the less motivated she was to start. She didn’t fold a single piece of laundry for seven months. One life-changing realization restored her sanity—and the functionality of her home: You don’t work for your home; your home works for you.

Easy to comprehend and retain the info in this life changing book

Hands down this is the best book/guide out there for how to handle household/family/personal tasks from a neurodivergent and/or traumatized background. I would further say, that even though this is directed at managing your home and care tasks, the principles in this book are helpful in managing overwhelm in any area of life. This is approach is gentle and palatable and it’s a great shame buster. I recommend it to anyone who ever struggles with mundane life tasks, feels overwhelmed by household and family chores, struggles to take care of their own personal needs, or has trauma or shame around cleanliness, home organization, weight and eating. This book is very thoughtful and inclusive. It’s short, easy to read or listen to, and includes a shortcut path through it if you do not have the capacity to read or listen to the whole thing.

Story
While her classmates are jetting off to family vacations in exotic locales, Aru will be spending her autumn break at home, in the Museum of Ancient Indian Art and Culture, waiting for her mom to return from her latest archeological trip. Is it any wonder that she makes up stories about being royalty, traveling to Paris, and having a chauffeur? One day, three schoolmates show up at her doorstep to catch her in a lie. They don't believe her claim that the museum's Lamp of Bharata is cursed, and they dare Aru to prove it. Just a quick light, Aru thinks. She can get herself out of this.

Though the Greek and Roman crewmembers of the Argo II have made progress in their many quests, they still seem no closer to defeating the earth mother, Gaea. Her giants have risen - all of them - and they're stronger than ever. They must be stopped before the Feast of Spes, when Gaea plans to have two demigods sacrificed in Athens. She needs their blood - the blood of Olympus - in order to wake.
