Narration was too hard to listen to.

Useful book

The book itself is very useful, but the narrator is horrible. I can honestly say I will not be listening to any book narrated this guy. I do, however, highly recommend the book… in print. Right off the bat I found myself having a better understanding of what my daughter is going through. I’ve been able to adjust my approach and offer more patience with her.

There are some good theories in the book, however since it’s publication in 1998, medical advancements etc have grown leaps and bounds. The information provided seems like it’s coming from his experiences and experience with his patients. It doesn’t seem to veer too far from that lane. To me that is the equivalent of a cook telling you he has never prepared a bad dish.
