Informative and thought provoking

I am giving these steps a try with my daughter, son and myself. It is interesting and I have truly noticed that I am eating less.I have noticed my kids are going crazy on the sweets but it really does give you examples and what they said would happen is happening. I felt that it was thoroughly written and if you are open minded enough to give it a shot I feel like it could really work. At least its worth a shot.

Great book Hate the narrators male voices

Would you try another book from Anne Bishop and/or Alexandra Harris?
Anne Bishop is one of my favorites. I really wish this had a male narrator or a narrator with a less ridicules male voice. Almost couldn't finish because of her voices. Her regular reading voice is fine.

Nothing else really I have really loved this series

Maybe, I really enjoyed the story of the married couple. I didn't understand the brother and the brat falling in love. The other story was decent.
