Story
A business parable about how to create a start-up that won't trap you when you want to sell it. According to John Warrillow, the number one mistake entrepreneurs make is to build a business that relies too heavily on them. Thus, when the time comes to sell, buyers aren't confident that the company-even if it's profitable-can stand on its own. To illustrate this, Warrillow introduces us to a fictional small business owner named Alex who is struggling to sell his advertising agency.

Annoying Narrator
Reviewed: 06-17-16
Loved the content...hated the narration. The principles illustrated through this story are very helpful to me. I just found the narrators reading style very annoying. It took awhile before I could stop thinking about how annoying the narration was. Eventually I was able to get past it.

Would you try another book from Grant Cardone and/or Grant Cardone?
Not on your life
Has The 10X Rule turned you off from other books in this genre?
No. This book just lacks substance
How did the narrator detract from the book?
His pronunciation was horrible. However, no one could have narrated this book well enough to make it worth my time.
What character would you cut from The 10X Rule?
The author
Any additional comments?
This book was a complete waste of time and money. I feel cheated. I want my money back. I never quit listening to a book halfway through. I never have... until now.
