Why did so many give this book good reviews?
Reviewed: 03-21-25
The narrator whined thru the first chapters, so I thought I’ll still listen, it will get better. The whining stopped, but the story was to trite, and over the top right wing, it made it very unbelievably boring!! Btw, I prefer books on the right, that’s how bad this book is!!

Horrible narration, I kept listening, hoping it would get better, it never did. Plus, I bought it, and now I cant return, as Audible needs to make even more money, by their no return policy unless a credit was used.

This book is so cliche, guy loses family, goes on a mission to kill the bad guys. Frankly, I couldn't make it to getting the bad guys. The reader has a peculiar slow cadence which adds to the slow monotony ...good for all of you out there who are fans.
