A Must Have Book
Reviewed: 02-13-22
Mark always writes well researched and documented books. The book on baking soda I have listened to several times. Understanding body ph and disease is so important to living in health or sickness.
I had a horrible reaction to my Covid boaster and broke out in a full body very itchy rash that nothing could touch and I did not want to take the prednisone route from the doctor so I tried raising my ph from 7 to 8 for 1 week and wow do this help. The rash started to go away after the first day. I also mixed benonite clay with an equal amount of baking soda fro make a body scrub and used that as well. A must have book.

This book kept my interest and the development of each character was done exceptionally well.
Regarding the story I thought for sure he/Simon was involved in the murder. Surprise on me.
The lady who read the book was hard to understand at times.

Story
Overmedicated, overfed, and malnourished, most Americans fail to realize the answer to lower disease rates doesn't lie in more pills but in the foods we eat. With so much misleading nutritional information regarded as common knowledge, from "everything in moderation" to "avoid carbs", the average American is ill-equipped to recognize the deadly force of abundant, cheap, unhealthy food options that not only offer no nutritional benefits but actually bring on disease.
