I do not even know what time this is, that I try to quit smoking through Allen Carr's easy way. Maybe the 3rd or 4th. I actually have his "Easy Way" audiobook as well. Every time that I go through it or this one, the illusion of smoking disappears for me and I become a happy non smoker for quite some time. First time I did it I think I didn't smoke a single cig for at least 1 year. I was going through way too lonely of a time back then so I decided that one puff off of a friend's cigarette wouldn't hurt. Surprise, surprise, I started smoking again. After that I re-listened to the audiobook again and realized my mistake and quit again for like 8-9 months, but then started again. Then the whole situation repeated once again.

Right now I'm 21 y/o, soon to be 22. The other day I re-listened to this boot camp again, completed the ritual and haven't smoked since. Allan is right about everything. The previous times I failed, because I hadn't killed the big monster. I secretly wanted to start smoking again. Thought that characters like Jotaro Kujo are cool smoking they're cigs. Now I understand that they're fictional and that they make the cigarettes cool, not the other way around. I also want to keep my health and my finances. I want to be a good example for the others. I want to be more energetic and have better focus. Goodbye smoking, I can't be a slave of you anymore, nor can I continue being an idi*t. May the "big monster" rest in peace.
