Story
In the highly anticipated finale to the New York Times best-selling trilogy, dictators, prophets, and tensions rise. In a world that’s conquered death, will humanity finally be torn asunder by the immortal beings it created? Citra and Rowan have disappeared. Endura is gone. It seems like nothing stands between Scythe Goddard and absolute dominion over the world scythedom. With the silence of the Thunderhead and the reverberations of the Great Resonance still shaking the earth to its core, the question remains: Is there anyone left who can stop him?

I saw the political propaganda reviews and wanted to steer clear but I can’t leave a series unfinished. I went through the whole book expecting to get propaganda shoved down my throat but maybe 10 minutes of the whole book was “political propaganda” if you’d even call it that. Good ending to the series but SPOILERS it feels redundant the scythes were unnecessary people could’ve just used the failsafe system no need for scythes at all

Story
On Karell, you are either blessed by the gods, granted a unique power and the ability to gain experience and levels, or you are forgotten. Micah Silver was a boy picked for greatness. Chosen by the gods to bear a mythic power, he longed to take his place amongst the heroes and legends he grew up reading about. Unfortunately, his primary blessing only allows him to travel into the past by sacrificing his class, wealth, and levels - a psychological burden that Micah is reluctant to shoulder. But, even if Micah is unwilling, fate has a way of forcing you to face your destiny.

It was written like a middle schoolers essay. No character development for side characters they barely get any time and you can’t feel anything for them and every chapter skips weeks or months ahead each time. The idea of the story was good though

Story
When Morgan got hit by a car and died on Earth, he never imagined that he would be chosen by a god, little g, to be taken to another planet - a World governed by game-like rules. Especially since said god liked to have people call him the Great Lord, and had basically created an entire World to run experiments in. Nor could Morgan have ever imagined that he would find one thing that he had never really had on Earth: a real family. It's been years since Morgan started his second chance at life on that world, and both he and his friends have achieved great power as part of a Great Raid.

This is how a book should be. Picked up right where they left off and didn’t slow down or add filler. It pops you in the jaw then when you think it’s getting a happy atmosphere it kicks your arm from under you making you collapse back down
