What a happy partnership!

First of course it's such a good story. There are echoes of Sheherazade telling a story to stay aliv e. There are the alternating versions of the story. Cindy Kay does a fantastic narration of the story

Story
The world has changed. Now, when someone is murdered, they almost always come back to life—and there are professionals, called “dispatchers”, who kill in order to save lives, to give those near the end a second chance. Tony Valdez is a dispatcher, and he has never been busier. But for as much as the world has changed, some things have stayed the same. Greed, corruption, and avarice are still in full swing.

Third in the series and the Best yet

Loved Zachary Quinto as the narrator. If they ever film it he should play Tony. The story is alternate history. We've got COVID and other normal things but with one significant difference - if you're murdered you come back. The permutations are fascinating. The plot revolves around cryptocoin. I can't say much more without spoilers
