This book is perfect for those who struggle with forming toxic relationshipss. There are several aspects that should be involved in a loving and toxic relationships and this book is great for couples and individuals who are seeking advice on how to successfully develop and maintain a healthy relationship with others, both romantically and platonic. I would highly recommend this book to any reader who feels as though they need some additional guidance for their relationship goals.

The author Calm Your Mind, Relieve Stress, and Find Inner Peace with Stoics the audiobook and considers these view points from a stoic and non-stoic point of view. If you’re wondering if stoicism is for you, or what it’s about or just want to learn more, this is the book for you. One of my instant favorites.
