Too many storylines
Reviewed: 02-08-24
This was very confusing to listen to because there were so many storylines in one book. I did not enjoy this book at all. I was very disappointed!

I don’t like it when the author goes back and forth in time
Reviewed: 07-09-23
I had a hard time with the subject matter and the author went back and forth in the story so it was quite confusing at times. Also why does a dead person’s “testimony “ count for anything? This was a very poor plot device!

I’ve listened to 9 Ella Dark books and I mostly enjoy them. But Ella needs to stop going after serial killers all by herself. It seems unrealistic for her not to have any police backup in every book!

Different narrators make a big difference!

I liked the basic story line but had a very difficult time listening to the second book. The narrator was terrible in book 2 and I can’t finish the book! I’m going to try book 3 in this series because a different person is reading it.
