The book itself is great. An amazing expose on the criminality of offshore behaviour.

The performance is solid. I like how the actor varied his accents, although his East Asian accent needs work.

The only negative feedback that I can give is that the audiobook performance needs to be edited. Several times the actor would repeat himself, or start over and once there was a long break where, I assume, he took a sip of much needed beverage.

Overall, it puts another piece of the puzzle of society in place. Maybe Jeffrey Wynters is right and we have always lived in oligarchic societies. This book certainly suggests so.

Finally, a warning: one section of this book directly debunks some modern economic libertarian tenents and beliefs. American self-described libertarians are guaranteed to be triggered by this section... or by the whole book for that matter.

Cheers!

A gem of knowledge. Well worth listening to. The actor's voice is a bit dry, but it does not detract too much from the quality of the production.

The book is rather long, but every minute of it oozes knowledge and is worth a re-listening to.
Much of the book may be unpalatable to libertarians, and the final chapter might be downright triggering but I think everyone should read/listen to this book at least once.

Excellent book. David Graeber has his bias, but his arguments are supported well. In my humble opinion, this is one of the most important books written post 2007 crisis. Not only does it challange the current paradigm that frames our way of thinking (one must always pay his debts) but it also provides alternatives (debt jubilee).
As an audio book it is easy to follow and the performance is good.
