As usual miss Mills knocks it out of the park this story is so good I read all 3 on Kindle and I can't wait for the other 2 install ments for audio books and would even love to hear Midnight Michael. The way miss Mills relates the characters and tells the story you can see it in your head so good excellent excellent storyline

K. C. Mills is an amazing writer the character development the storyline the plots the twists were fantastic.... Mr. Andrews's voice and performance was swoon worthy, Ms. Laurel may not have been the best voice for the fmc, howevershe didn'ttake anything away from this outstanding story. My hope is that when the kindle book drops in October the audio version will also be available because babaaaaaaaay what a cliffhanger

Logic is doing his best to stay focused on just living. After the death of his brother, he decides to leave the streets alone. He can't imagine his mother having to bury another son or visit him in jail. But the idea of letting his brother's killer go free is really weighing heavily on him. Especially knowing his brother's killer was the one person he used to trust the most. Joy has been watching Logic for months and knows that she has to have him. This man is everything. There is a certain mystery about him that pulls her in and won't let go.

When I envisioned the life that I wanted for myself, I pictured myself sitting in a rocking chair in the nursery me and my husband had spent months designing. I pictured looking down at a baby that resembled the both of us, and thanking God that he chose me to be their mother. My reality was that I was staring down at another negative pregnancy test and realizing the possibility that I had failed another cycle of IVF, alone. There was no husband here to comfort me, or a nursery that I could sit and sob in. Each time that one line appeared, a small piece of me always died inside.

This book series especially the 3rd book was so thoughtfully designed. Jah, you are a fantastic writer. Your style is distinctly you. BUT THIS 3rd BOOK, baaaaaaaaabaaaaaay... WTH, you outdid yourself. This is, as far as I am concerned, your best work which is saying a lot because your writing is really good

Shvonne Latrice is the GOAT of the urban steamy romcom. She's the GOAT of the cliffhangers. I read all the reviews and while most criticized the narrators, I found them to be perfect for this story setting. K. Bernard was hilarious he sounded like a happy and completely excited Marine Corporal. Georgie Kimble's soft and slightly shaky voice and reading completely complimented K. Bernard's narration so much. This could easily and successfully be a BET romcom miniseries with the exact voices. You go girl...
