Story
For Sabrina Monroe, moving back home to the Wisconsin Dells - the self-described Waterpark Capital of the World - means returning to the Monroe family curse: The women in her family can see spirits who come to them for help with unfinished business. But Sabrina's always redirected the needy spirits to her mom, who's much better suited for the job. The one exception has always been Molly, a bubbly rom-com loving ghost, who stuck by Sabrina's side all through her lonely childhood.

Absolutely loved this book from the start to the finish. The narration was fantastic. The characters were great to follow.
I was excited to read this due to the fact the author is from Wisconsin. The touches with the Wisconsin feels were so fantastic. I could not wait to have another Old Fashioned!
I had all the feels during this book. It was great being a proud Wisconsin girl to listen to little pieces of growing up in this state.

Story
Screenwriter Angelina Conte has been butting heads via email with the studio’s unbelievably nitpicky scientific advisor, volcanologist Dr. Caleb Sloane. Between his scheduled lectures aboard a Hawaiian cruise, she intends to prove that she’s no Tinseltown hack. Caleb had planned on using this Christmastime cruise to adjust his workaholic attitude. A tough assignment when he’s tangled with the movie studio’s surprisingly stubborn scriptwriter. Startlingly, their chemistry is off the charts.

I am missing Hawaii so much due to COVID. It was nice to feel the warmth and hear a little bit about my favorite place.
I am curious to read some of the other books in this series now.

Thought Provoking Story

What would you trade your soul for? I cannot even imagine living the life of Addie and everything she has seen. What a life.
The love hate relationship with the devil.
My only issues with listening was keeping track of where I was with it jumping back and forth between times. The narrator was amazing and she kept me interested. She was wonderful between characters. I look forward to listening to more that she has to offer.
I am very glad that I listened to this one. I also have the book, but decided listening was the way to go.
It was a good story. It is not a short one due to the life of Addie... there is a lot to tell.

LJ Evans never disappoints. I listened to this one due to the fact that I absolutely love listening to Sarah Puckett.
The great thing about LJ's stories are that she starts each chapter with a song. It is great to stop and listen to the song first.
The story of Lonnie and Wynn was fantastic. I loved how she covered many different topics in this book. I always hate to see them end. I loved this series so much. I loved following the characters from book to book.

Spending 18 summers at my Nana’s farm has been the highlight of my life. Learning how to work everything has taken many summers of trial and error, but it’s a passion. Doesn’t hurt that the Peak Farm adjoins hers, and their oldest son is just a few years older than me. He’s always helped me learn to do everything, including climbing trees and how to swim.
