Meditation has definitely saved running for me. But this was never the plan when I started running, and if you had asked me about meditation five years ago, my response would have mirrored so many other people's in suggesting meditation is nothing more than a waste of time, an excuse to sit still that my busy life did not give me the luxury to partake in.

More like an infomercial

It may be good for someone very new to meditation that also want to squeeze meditating while running.
The author is right about how meditation and mindfulness can help you with going back to running and it has good advices but the way is written/narrated is boring and feels more like an infomercial . The narration is boring. I couldn’t even finish it
