Thank you so much for being a part of Our Daily Ritual!

Today, our theme was the fourth Pillar of Coherence, Philosophy which manifests as Values.

We pulled The Queen of Cups, which carried the reminder of starting from a place of self-love to make the world around us a better place.

Our mantra today is, “I lead with love.”

If you want to implement this into your day, try making three columns, one labelled “self,” one labelled with the name of someone easy for you to love, and one labelled with the name of someone it’s hard for you to love, and meditate on how it feels to think about loving these different figures.
