Recently in Houston, Texas, a 64-year-old Black woman intentionally crashed into the back of an 18-wheeler. Pulled out a gun and a lawn chair and sat in one of the lanes, sparking an hours-long standoff, and has a history of mental illness. The woman would later surrender, and no one was hurt in the incident.
