Why will wholesalers go broke in 2023? It's very simple. They are ignorant of recent real estate history. They won't adapt to the coming changing real estate market, and they won't pivot to short sales. The ones that DO understand that the market goes up and down; that ARE willing to adapt; and who will embrace the pivot to short sales will not only survive, but will THRIVE!
