What is Trump's Superpower?

Donald Trump is seemingly impervious to almost all attempts to get him to rethink his policies and decisions. Frustratingly, he has all the wisdom, thoughtfulness, and intentionality of a bunch of drunk monkeys (my apologies to monkeys everywhere.) So it is puzzling to realize, and even more confusing to admit, that he is arguably the most successful politician since FDR. This episode asks the question: is there some sort of magical ability or super power that we haven't yet recognized?
