  • Timothy Spriggs – Revive Wellness
    Apr 18 2025
    Air Date - 17 April 2025

Far too many people in today’s world suffer from physical discomfort or emotional distress — or both — and an energy imbalance or blockage could be to blame. This can lead to insomnia, difficulty focusing, and stress, taking a physical, mental, and emotional toll. How may combined energy healing modalities address these issues? My guest this week on Vox Novus, Timothy Spriggs, says, “Releasing trapped emotions creates the right conditions for the body to heal itself physically, and emotional difficulties often disappear or become much easier to handle.” Timothy Spriggs, a certified energy healing practitioner and founder of Revive Wellness Center in Albuquerque, uses a powerful, integrated approach to help clients achieve balance, healing, and alignment in their lives.

His website is http://wellnessrevival.net, and he joins me this week to share his path and practice.

  • Andy Becker – The Spiritual Gardener
    Apr 3 2025
    Air Date - 03 April 2025

In a world where peace and balance often feel out of reach, is there a place where we may find a hidden sanctuary? My guest this week on Vox Novus, Andy Becker, says he found this in his own garden. Blending expert gardening tips with timeless spiritual wisdom, Andy reveals how tending to the earth can inspire a more vibrant, fulfilling life. Andy Becker is a writer, gardener, and lifetime learner who lives in Western Washington with his wife, Donna, and their two dogs, Nova and Splash. A successful small-town lawyer, Becker found respite from the vicissitudes of fighting for the little guy against insurance companies by gardening, hiking, and camping with his family and by expanding his spirituality through Judaism. His writing has been directly fueled by his lifetime experiences and influenced by Chassidic philosophy.

His website is http://andybecker.life, and he joins me this week to share his path and award-winning book, The Spiritual Gardener: Insights from the Jewish Tradition to Help Your Garden Grow.

We know that Yoga practitioners may use sacred Sanskrit terms, but is it appropriate for Yogis and Yoginis to use vulgar language? My guest this week on Vox Novus, Dr. Tracey L. Ulshafer says that there are some words that Yogis should refrain from using…and sometimes not! Rev. Dr. Tracey is the founder of One Yoga and Wellness Center, which operated as a physical studio in New Jersey until 2022. Dr. Tracey continues to escort international yoga and healing retreats. Her self-published, award-winning fictional book, The Accidental Yogini, continues to be praised as an easy read with digestible yoga philosophies spread throughout. The book was rebranded as a series in 2024 as The Accidental Yogini: Kristin, and a new book, The Accidental Yogini: Padma, was also released, with more books to come.

Her website is https://www.oneyogacenter.net/, and she joins me this week to share her path and just published book, Sh!t Yogis Shouldn’t Say!
