About Lacy Ingraham: Lacy Ingraham is the CEO and Co-Founder of ABA Advantage LLC, based in Phoenix, Arizona. She earned her MBA from Western Governors University and possesses a vibrant, contagious personality that has helped her build a diverse background in customer service, marketing, and human resources. An entrepreneur at heart, Lacy lives by the motto, “If it is to be, it's up to me!” Outside of work, she enjoys off-roading adventures in her Bronco, affectionately nicknamed the "Bronciasaurus" by her daughter, and is an avid reader with a passion for collecting books and dragon-related items.

About Suhani Patel: Suhani Patel is the Clinical Operating Officer, BCBA, and Co-Founder of ABA Advantage LLC in Phoenix, AZ. She holds a Master's in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis and is licensed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Arizona. Known for her compassion, hard work, and playful spirit, Suhani’s drive for continuous learning not only fuels her personal success but also supports the families she serves. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, attending stand-up comedy shows, and cherishing moments with family and friends.
