  • Sleepwalk Fights, Tim Horton's Chaos & Zombie Roles
    Jun 17 2025

In this episode of Unapologetic Voices, things get personal and hilarious. Thomas gives us an update on his new house and the journey so far. Kyle’s wife hops on the mic and shares a wild story from her trip to Canada—right before Kyle dives into a full-blown Tim Horton's disaster. We break down the epic ending of Arcane, reminisce about who’s been cutting the grass lately (yes, it somehow matters), and react to the meme about ICE showing up and people vanishing.

Kyle also shares another one of his classic sleepwalking tales this time featuring his wife literally fighting him in her sleep. To top it all off, we get into a deep dive about what roles we'd each play in a Walking Dead-style apocalypse. Spoiler: Kyle thinks he’s a leader... the rest of us aren’t so sure.

  • Gorilla Fights, Action Scenes & Alcoholic Slushies
    May 26 2025

This week, it’s pure chaos in the best way. Thomas drops some wild news—he’s gonna be in a movie and even has a fight scene (stunt double who?). He also updates us on his move into a new house. Meanwhile, Kyle’s got his own victories: he finally found his missing AirPod thanks to his new dog, and his house just became the ultimate party zone thanks to Pelos and a boozy slushy machine. We dive into the hype behind the new Dune game, complain (justifiably) about how expensive gaming is getting, and wrap it up by debating the important stuff—like whether a gorilla could take on 100 people. Spoiler: opinions get heated.

  • From Sin to Survival Mode
    May 19 2025

This one starts off spooky with a chat about Insidious Then Kyle brings up something wild: the new Minecraft movie supposedly has two different versions—one with flawless CGI and one that’s totally broken.

From there, we take a detour into Sinners, diving deep into some of the themes and stories that hit different when you really think about them. Then things lighten up as we hit on Wreck-It Ralph and what that movie says about identity, free will, and breaking your programming—even if you're “just a villain.”

We close it out with a throwback to Get Out and the way it completely flipped horror on its head. It’s a wild mix of movies, mysteries, and moral questions—all wrapped up in one glitchy, thought-provoking ride.

  • Snow White Memes, Sleepwalking Bears & Sorting Hat Shenanigans
    Apr 21 2025

This episode kicks off with us diving deep into the chaos surrounding the upcoming Snow White remake. We talk about Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot, all the memes flooding the internet, and how wild the reactions have been. From Hunger Games to Wonder Woman, we go through some of their most iconic (and not-so-iconic) roles and what we think of them.

Then we jump into the Harry Potter universe—yeah, we both took the official Hogwarts house test and let’s just say... the results had us questioning our entire identities. We break down some of the weirdest questions from the quiz and go off on a tangent about the hilarious Harry Potter memes that never get old.

To close things out, Kyle shares some hilarious (and slightly spooky) stories about his wife’s sleep talking and sleepwalking—including a wild moment where she thought she saw a bear in the house... while fully asleep.

It’s memes, magic, and midnight madness all packed into one episode.

  • Sick Pups, Borrowed Rides & Disney Vibes
    Apr 14 2025

This one starts off on a rough note—Kyle opens up about a tough week taking care of his dogs after they suddenly got really sick. It gets emotional, but as always, we keep it real. From there, things shift gears as Kyle talks about the chaos that followed when his brother-in-law borrowed his wife’s car... and the aftermath that came with it.

We also chat about some future podcast plans—Kyle’s thinking about bringing his brother and his buddy on for an episode, so we tease what that might look like. And of course, Thomas slides in with his take on Moana 2, because nothing wraps up a rollercoaster of an episode like some heartfelt Disney magic .

It’s a little bit of everything this week—emotion, family, and a sprinkle of animated greatness.

  • Dice Rolls, Rock Walls, and Rumble Stories
    Apr 7 2025

We kick things off with Thomas fresh back from Gary Con, where he got to live the dream and play Dungeons & Dragons with some of the OG creators and a bunch of random (but awesome) people. He shares all the wild stuff that went down—new games, cool mechanics, and a few unexpected problems (because of course Thomas found a way to get into a scuffle 💀).

Then we jump into rock climbing drama—Thomas went to the gym to help a woman take her climbing certification test, and somehow that turned into a whole chaotic adventure you’ll just have to hear to believe.

  • Wizards, Conventions, and Deep-Dreams
    Mar 24 2025

We kick things off with a little Harry Potter talk, diving into the books, the lore, and how one ghost plays a huge role in the story. From there, we get into the Wizarding World games and all the crazy details behind the magic.

Then, Thomas talks about Gary Con, a convention dedicated to Dungeons & Dragons and other tabletop games. Kyle shares a wild story from a convention he attended (because something crazy always happens at these things).

Somehow, that leads us to discussing the weird stuff we like to say to random strangers—because why not? But things take a turn when we start talking about our most vivid dreams and go into a deep dive on dream logic, strange experiences, and the kind of dreams that leave you wondering what the hell just happened.

  • Potato, Perfect Timing, and Anime Hype
    Mar 19 2025

We kick things off with a big announcement—Kyle got a new dog named Potato! Thomas reminisces about the first Pitbull he ever saw, and Kyle talks about a new friend he made at work. We also discuss setting up a new office space and upgrading our podcast set (finally making it look legit).

From there, we dive into our all-time favorite anime moments, reliving those scenes that hit different. Somewhere along the way, Thomas admits to stealing water from a coworker when she isn’t looking, and Kyle reveals his perfectly timed food theft tactics—waiting until Thomas is just about to take a bite before swiping his meal. Petty? Maybe. Hilarious? Absolutely.

Kyle also shares a story about his friend Leo, who used to do the exact same thing to him. Then, we shift gears to rock climbing—Kyle just passed his top rope test, but Thomas refused to take it. Instead, he ditched Kyle to hang with friends, leaving Kyle to train solo… until John stepped in. We also met some cool new people at the gym.

Wrapping things up, we return to anime with a discussion on One Punch Man and its stacked cast, then pivot to The Boys and why being a likable superhero actually matters.
