Muzna has also completed some gruelling and challenging Treks across North Pakistan, and is now training for her first Triathlon. Muzna has managed to change her life around, and tells Dean how her health and fitness is now a 'way of life'. She's using of her experience, successes and lessons on the way to inspire others.

    Dean James interviews Jay Hall about the lead up to the release of his first novel, "The Last First Date". Jay was diagnosed with a condition that doctors said should have killed him years ago. He lived with this (unknowingly) for 8 years, until his health finally deteriorated to a life threatening point. Jay was running a successful business that grew very large and very fast, and the stress of running a business of that size, and lack of enjoyment forced a stop to his life as he knew it. Jay tells Dean about his transition to getting back to health and back to doing all of things that bring him joy; writing, podcasting and running a large-scale Halloween event. Jay's first novel, "The Last First Date" is available now.
