These are fantastic episodes to truly help you get to sleep, When I start at the Season 1 Trailer episode it autoplays through Season 3. And even when I get up in the middle of the night, they help get me right back to sleep. I wish that I had stumbled upon these sooner in my life, as I have struggled with insomnia for 43 years. It is a woman's voice and I prefer male tones/actors in music, movies, and shows but her voice is strangely soothing and I mean, soothing.
