There is no job security any more

This episode deals with and explains the trials and tribulations that I experienced with my previous employer. The drama and gossip the misuse of authority and how management is afraid of holding people accountable for their actions because of the fear of losing money and the treatment of their dedicated employees. The question is why do the little people have to suffer, why medical conditions and circumstances are overlooked after you have been hired. Why does respect discontinue after initial agreement between two parties. You must demand respect from other people on how you want to be treated, whether it be work, family, friends or people in general.
