Teen Leadership Academy is a program that connects our businesses, schools, community, governments and non-profits to rising Seniors in high school. Meredith spills all the details on how to apply for the program, what the participants will get to do, and more! Applicants will need to provide two recommendation letters. Letters must come from community leaders, faculty members, club advisers, etc. Only one (1) of the letters may be from a school academic faculty. Letters may not be from a parent, guardian, or relatives. For information on submitting these letters, please review the application.

In 2018, the inaugural class was started right here in Tipp City and Bethel Local School districts. The committee consists of business leaders who see the need to create an opportunity for Juniors, entering their Senior year of high school, to grow and connect within our community. Any student within those parameters, who reside within the Tipp City and Bethel Local School Districts are welcome to apply.
