Join with me as I speak with inspiring and impactful people from all walks of life, to learn what they have to share about trust, deep empathy, resilience, security, and of course... on feeling safe. 

We will discuss creating trusting and safe environments,  supportive relationship dynamics, and having ourselves, and those around us, feel truly valued. We should all be students in understanding ourselves and others more deeply, and that is one of my key aims with this Podcast.
