On top of some exciting baseball, we also have some drama in the AL. Jarren Duran of the Boston Red Sox had some choice words for a fan that crossed the line. And Tommy Pham was not too happy about a fan reaching over the left field wall for a pat on the back.

Pops give us an update on the American League standings. You might be a little surprised, or maybe not, since you’re obviously baseball fans. Not to worry White Sox fans…At least you’re not as bad as the Colorado Rockies.

The National League was full of extra innings and wild, walk-off wins. Between the overturned calls and a little league home run, there was craziness to go around.

Slay Dude talks about NL standings. Atlanta had a very good week so how far did they move up? Josh has a hot take that might make some people angry in the dirty south.

Adam gives us the NL player and pitcher of the week and Pops didn’t read the agenda! But Adam saves the day. What a hero!!!

Slay Dude goes over the worst performances of the week and none of them are from the White Sox, Marlins, or Rockies.

Kyle Tucker will be a huge headline all year long but not just because of his on field performance. It’s a walk year for him and if he hits the free agent market - watch out!! There will be some deep pockets going after him. The Jimmies discuss the possible terms of his contract and the blowback if he’s not a Cubby next year.

There was some great ball in the American League this week. Tyler Soderstrom is on pace to break the single season home run record! Max Fried took a no-no into the 8th inning. Aaron Judge breaks a homerless streak. Ron Washington is a big reason for Halos success.

National League had drama, drama, drama and they didn't save it for your momma. Jose Lopez tried to take off Cutch's head after Mitch Keller broke Paul deJung's nose in the previous game and the benches cleared. Ronald Acuna, Jr. calls out his own manager. Juan Soto throws a little shade at Pete Alonso but gets a standing ovation when he comes back to Queens. 4 of the 5 best records in the NL are teams in the NL West.

Who were the top players and pitchers of the week? Soderstrom? Tatis Jr.? Crochet?

Who are the slumpers and dumpers?

Is Soto crying about his new team? Does he need to stop his bitchin' and earn that paycheck or were his words taken out of context? The Yanks and Aaron Judge are off to a great start but, frankly, The Mets and Pete Alonso ain't too shabby either.

Thank you for listening. Please follow us and send us a message. We would love to hear from you.

Recap of the American League from the past week. There were some memorable performances including Kenley Jansen of the LA Angels of Anaheim recording the 450 and 451 saves of his career. Then we go over the standings and some of the may surprise you.

Recap of the National Leagues from the past week. Jose Quintana makes history with the Brew Crew and the LA Dodgers break a record. Cubbies are leading the NL Central, Braves are in the cellar and the Dodgers are in third!!! What is going on in the National League?

There were some big hits on the IL this week. Some teams are hopeful and optimistic while the Cubs, Rangers, and Orioles are in a little trouble and need to start figuring out solutions pretty quick.

The old timer Pops gives us a rundown of Tigers vs Yankees and Rangers vs Mariners. Slay Dude talks about big matchups in the NL East and AL Central. And Adam drops some knowledge about BoSox vs Jays and Cubbies vs Dodgers.

California Love. Who really is the best team in Cali? Friars, Dodgers, Giants? Do the Halos or Athletics even belong in this conversation?

Man of Not So Steele. Justin Steele goes on the IL with season ending elbow surgery. How bad is the outlook for the Cubs and what do they need to do to overcome it?

Cal Raleigh gets a nice contract. Is this a good deal for a power hitting, run producing catcher that is a platinum glove candidate every year? $17M per year sounds like a steal to me.

The art of defense is gone. The days of Ozzie Smith and Roberto Alomar, Jr. are behind us. Teams have to get back to the basics and start catching the ball and making the routine plays. You would be hard pressed to find a world champion that did not perform exceptionally on both sides of the ball.

Are robots going to be taking over the Major Leagues? After a couple less than desirable performances from the American League umpires, it might be a welcome change. Mark Rippinger calls a "perfect game" for just the 2nd time in history!

Congrats to Kenley Jansen for recording the 450th and 451st saves of his career. Surely he's bound for Cooperstown.

  • Steroids, Torpedoes, and Contracts...Oh my!

We’re talking PED suspensions, contract extensions and torpedo bat predictions! We’ll also recap every series from the last week. Do the Dodgers and Padres remain undefeated? Can Atlanta get their first win of the season?

Who were the top hitters and pitchers last week? Judge or Ohtani? Skenes or Wheeler? Where does your favorite team stand so far?

In the midst of their worst start since 2016, the Atlanta Braves announce that their biggest offseason acquisition, Jurickson Profar, will be suspended for 80 games for the use of PED’s! What does this mean for the Braves and for Profar?

Garrett Crochet and Kristian Campbell get paid to solidify an already impressive Boston Red Sox roster. Jackson Merrill will be a Padre for the next decade after arguably the best rookie season that did not result in a Rookie of the Year award. And Vladimir Guerrero, Jr. is a Toronto Blue Jay for life.

Which teams are a boner factory so far and which teams fans are taking the blue pill? Padres, Rangers, Red Sox, and Giants have great records to start the season and a lot to look forward to. Meanwhile the Braves, Twins, Orioles, and Mariners fans might need a little help getting excited about the rest of this season.

Will the winner of the AL Central go to the playoffs with a .500 record? With 4 teams in the division evenly matched and much stronger teams in the East and West, it is almost inevitable. But that’s not necessarily bad news. Just ask the ‘87 Twins and the ‘06 Cardinals.

Aaron Judge is on pace to break his own American League home run record but he’s no one-trick pony. This man does it all and will be putting up Barry Bonds type numbers all season long.

We’re still talking about torpedo bats? Pitchers and, more likely, catchers will be adjusting their approach all season long. Torpedo users better be looking outside in their next AB’s. Why can’t hitters just get in the cage and hit the ball with the barrel instead of the label?

The Yankees immediately established themselves as an offensive juggernaut, launching a staggering 15 home runs against Milwaukee while sparking league-wide conversation about their legal "torpedo bat" design. Meanwhile, pitching dominated other series, with Mackenzie Gore's 13-strikeout masterpiece for Washington and the Padres bullpen's incredible scoreless performance during their shocking four-game sweep of Atlanta standing out as signature moments.
