  • An American birthday: Donnie diarrhea brain and Tolstoy’s gospels in brief
    Jul 4 2025

Today’s episode is based on another group session that we spent talking about birthdays, and how we spent birthdays. It started out talking about our best birthday in the month. I’m talking about our worst birthday.

today’s reading comes from Albert Camus “The Stranger”.

In this episode, I talk about the correlation between megalomania and narcissism of an American president and the idea that birthdays can be celebrated as an individual person, or in a group setting.

perhaps even that you can celebrate vicariously for those that have already passed and celebrate yourself through their actions.

  • Mother may I…move on
    May 27 2025

Today’s episode deals with my first Mother’s Day after my mother’s passing last October. Unlike other past episodes, this one really doesn’t deal with Group Therapy. This is just something that I went through.

Today’s reading is taken from some poems that I read from Robert frost. One of the poems is one of the poems that I read the first time the night that I got raped for the first time by the teacher. it is always had a special place.

Some of the things that I deal with is being able to handle tragedy, which means you can be able to handle the world. I also felt like Mother’s Day or the passing of your last parent was practice for your own funeral especially if you’re the last one.

  • Crucifixion: you too can become a Martyr
    May 16 2025

In this episode, I discussed the group therapy session that was before Easter, and about the concept of murder them, but only for the survival of sex abuse, but also the survivor of addiction.

Today’s reading was taken from a poem by Walt Whitman entitled “to him that was crucified”.

I start off by with a group to find from Webster’s is the term of martyr. I didn’t move into the different kinds of death like humiliation disappointment, and endup in the banalities of life. It was just a concept that people actually die before they actually die.

I then talk about suicide and the search for a quality per Walt Whitman.
