Angelo Buono and Kenneth Bianchi were vicious and violent men, two cousins living together in Los Angeles. Kenneth Bianchi also had a police fetish and a lust for power. The two men acquired fake police badges and began using them to imitate cops in order to get women to stop on the streets. Soon, those women began turning up dead in the hills around Los Angeles. Body after body is discovered and the police grow frustrated as the murders continued. As the investigation wore on, a call came to the LA detective working the case.
