Désirée’s Bio

Désirée is a hypnotist and hypnosis instructor practicing intuitive, metaphysical hypnosis that is grounded in neuroscience. Her students include social workers, psychic mediums, tarot readers, astrologists, psychotherapists, and other hypnotists.She believes strongly that hypnosis is a life skill everyone has the right to. To that end, she developed the concept of Microdosing Hypnosis™ making hypnosis accessible to people with busy lives and short attention spans and is currently writing a book on the topic. She speaks at conferences to sold-out rooms and has been called a “rising star” in the field by her peers. 🪄MY PSYCHIC HISTORY: LAYING THE GROUNDWORK🪄

This is a replay of an IG Live I did a couple months back.

I feel this perspective is important to share, and it lays a foundation for all I will be sharing with you in the coming days, weeks, months.

As I begin to share more of my ET Contact story, it may appear (on the surface) to contradict everything I say in this episode.

But that’s exactly why it’s important for you to know this about me.

I’ve been experiencing psychic, paranormal, and ET contact phenomena for most of my life—I just didn’t know that’s what it was.

In this episode, I talk about how I had thought psychic phenomena would happen like a “lightning strike”—that I’d know it when I saw it, that it would be unmistakeable.

I spent much of my life feeling like I was “left out” or “missing something” when others would share their paranormal stories. Why couldn’t those things ever happen to me?

Well, it turns out they were…and I just couldn’t recognize them. But more on that in future writings and episodes.

First, let’s hear how I didn’t grow up knowing I was psychic.
