At the age of 12 she was bullied and excluded by peers. This inspired her to train women in 44 countries to create sisterhood circles that welcome girls to their womanhood to heal the ‘mean girl’ culture.

As a young woman, she suffered from depression and internalised misogyny until one night at the age of 26 she got down on her knees and cried out to the Universe to send her some female role models. Her prayer was answered, resulting in her book, The Inner Goddess Makeover which empowers the 7 feminine archetypes that map the psyche. She also created an online program called the 13 Moons to help women at the time of the lunar cycle when they are most at risk of depression.

When Tanishka married and became a mother, she struggled to maintain her relationship with an immature man. This resulted in a challenging chapter as a sole parent that included homelessness. So she created programs to initiate men and wrote the book, The Grail which decodes The Holy Grail; the ancient rite of passage that supports men during the time on the seasonal wheel when men are most at risk of illness, injury, depression and suicide.

After a year and a half in lock down In Melbourne, Australia, Tanishka visited 10 countries offering consciousness-raising events to empower people to respond to our global crisis as alchemists, not activists, promoting a quantum approach to harness ‘people power’. She shares her insights for global social change at festivals and events, as a freelance writer and as a guest on podcasts.
