You will meet few people with a greater passion for food, cooking, shopping and sharing than our guest this week, social media sensation Steph De Sousa.

Steph shares her experiences in the MasterChef kitchen, which helped steer her to her happy place - her kitchen in her house (conveniently located above an Aldi supermarket) where she reigns as the Easy Dinner Queen, creating budget conscious, simple but very tasty meals for the family.

There are no smoke and mirrors with Steph but there are Air Fryers, shopping lists and practical tips on food waste and much more.
