    Foot injections are a hot topic right now and Hollywood has even discovered them as a way to make wearing high heels more manageable. Do I agree with this? Not really. BUT injections definitely have a place in healing, as well as helping reduce pain and inflammation. So I thought I’d sit down and talk about what types of foot injections are out there, who should consider using them, and if there is anything you should avoid.
