Many of us regret getting older and noticing signs of ageing whereas I feel it is a great sign of living a full long life and not everyone is fortunate enough to have it. We should live in gratitude and thank the Almighty for a long life. Let us thank for all good and bad things in our life, be it simply food, home, friends, spouse or a job which bothers us the most. Thank the Universe for everything for the no of days as your current age is and see how u feel everyday and at the end of this process. You will see a new perspective towards life. Thank you.
