As a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, I support women in rediscovering their purpose, joy, and identity after their children leave home. Whether you’re feeling lost, unsure of what’s next, or struggling to put yourself first, I help you embrace this new chapter with clarity and confidence.
I’m also the founder of Nurse Coach Finders (NCF), a platform that connects clients and businesses with board-certified nurse coaches to improve lives. I believe that personalized support leads to lasting change—whether for moms rediscovering themselves or businesses supporting their teams.

Terrie started her career at Macy's in New York City. She then got a position as the buyer for a cafe' and tea shop in Sacramento CA. She ended up becoming their head baker. That led her to open her first bakery, which expanded 5 years in. Years later, a single mom with three beautiful children, decided to try Real Estate sales. After winning rookie of the year she helped open two award-winning real estate offices in California's Central Valley. BUT, she missed baking! So she opened another bakery, then Tea Room, then a Gift shop, and a Home Goods shop.

Meet Paula Lamb, a South African expat now residing in the beautiful city of Vancouver, Canada. With a background in the service industry, physical fitness, nutrition, and personal growth coaching, Paula now focuses on supporting her clients' spiritual, mental, and physical well-being through her life coaching. Through her podcasts, *Knowing Me, Knowing You with Paula* and *Beyond to Freedom*, she seeks to entertain, empower, and inspire listeners to take actionable steps in their lives.
Paula enjoys reading autobiographies, soaking up the sun, playing pickle ball, nature walks, and spending quality time with her husband. With extensive travel experience, she believes that exploring various cultures greatly enriches our lives. Paula is passionate about living with gratitude and kindness, believing that these values contribute to us becoming our best selves and that reaching our hand across borders, leading with patience and tolerance contributes to a better world.
