I had the pleasure of recording one of the many deeply nourishing, always-illuminating conversations I've had with Angel Collinson. In this dialogue we meander through the ways we are becoming increasingly aware of, and trusting in our animal bodies; a return to working with the wild that we belong to.

We explore how to work with sensitivity, Nature as co-regulator, understanding our body feedback, intuitions & instincts, and how to strike the balance between active pursuit & active passivity.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a chance to collaborate here ;) We had a little technical snafu around 26-min. My mic got a little wonky & the volume on my audio (not Angel's) is very low. This goes on for about 10-15 min. I turned the volume up as high as I could on my audio in the editing process, but ask that you summon the courage ;) to do some manual toggling, turning the volume UP! to hear me speak, then back down when Angel speaks. That will solve the issue.

I liked the audio so I choose not to take it out. Luckily, I caught it, so it only happens for a handful on minutes before I fixed my mic.
