  • I am a big fan of taking care of yourself - like big big fan. And this doesn't mean I don't love and care for those around me or my clients. But I do think I am better at caring for others when I've done a few things that make me feel good too.

    On today's episode, I'm recapping my 'self-care summer'. This summer I took a little bit more time to do the things that fill my cup so that I could be a better wife, friend and business owner. And it was life-changing in more ways than I could have imagined!
