Cindy D Cerecer knows her SHIT! Not only is she a mum of 4, but she is a leader in the Colon Hydrotherapy Industry and a Holistic Health Expert.

Cindy is the owner of Colonic Care in Melbourne Australia, The Principal of ICHTA (International Colon Hydrotherapy Training Academy) and the President of ICHA (International Colon Hydrotherapy Association). She is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Life Coach and Theta Healer. She recently received a grant from the University of Natural Health in Indianapolis to complete their PHD Programs in Holistic Health, Healing and Medicine.

Holistic Health means happiness and health of the mind, body and soul. Cindy utilises colonics to work on a physical level to shift stagnant waste from the body, but combined with spiritual and energy practices one can master the clearing of the mind and stagnant beliefs that are no longer serving us.
