    Dr. Kavouras' current research encompasses crucial areas such as hydration and glucose regulation, fluid composition for optimal hydration, and the intricate relationship between children's hydration and obesity. His editorial leadership is evident as Editor-in-chief of the Hydration section for Nutrients, a section editor of the European Journal of Nutrition, and an associate editor of Frontiers in Nutrition.
